The Opportunity

IN BRIEF

The staff’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement a strategic and effective framework for providing access to the information of the Gallery’s collection of artwork to both internal and external parties, thereby, generating a greater awareness and understanding of the collection. You will be part of a young and dynamic data team working in a cross-functional team environment to build up and support data analytics capabilities and improve data-driven decision making. Requirements

The Technical Support Analyst role involves prompt, customer-focused service, contributing to IT projects and proactive initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer incidents and requests through phone, email, or standard methods within agreed SLAs.
• Resolve customer issues by understanding needs, identifying problems, and providing optimal solutions; expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Strive to resolve customer requests on the first contact; identify training opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the ticketing system, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide on-site and remote service using control and administration tools.

• Work with other individuals within the IT Support team to ensure all customer requirements are supported to a high and consistent standard on a daily basis. Ensure effective feedback is communicated to the relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort

- Responsible to analyze and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document

- Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements

- Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements

- Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document

- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase

- Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT

- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

Key Requirements:

- AML system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work for the Netreveal AML application

- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of project delivery or defects fix it work

- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills

- Good application design operational impact awareness
