The Network Services Support (NSS) team under CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure), provides 24x7x365 network support in a dual hemisphere, 12hours shift rotation, follow the sun model with one command center in Irving, Texas and the other in Singapore. As a team member of Network Services Support, your responsibilities includes:

• Providing Technical Support for the firm’s global network with a focus on both network infrastructure projects and infrastructure break fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to assess the organization’s adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and laws, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with them.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Investigate potential compliance issues and report findings to senior management.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance-related software/tools.
