The Finance Analyst reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Reporting and Business Planning Assistant Manager.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports for APAC reporting purposes on a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation and provides supporting analysis, engagement, and results at the region, business unit and support function level on a scheduled basis.
• Identifies areas for improvement of data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering.
• Discussing with team members to investigate anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations.
• Utilize multiple data sets and sources to design and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to provide financial overview.
• Involved in preparation of annual business planning process, monitor the implementation, adjust forecast according to business plan regularly, and prepare various management reports.
• Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement.
• To support implementation of process improvement projects to new/existing processes.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager.

The Company:

Our client is a multi-national information technology company with its headquarters in Singapore. It is also the largest Systems Integrator domestically.

The Project:

This project consists of multiple teams deployed within Cybersecurity Operations Command Centre delivering mission critical 24x7 threat monitoring, prevention, analysis, intelligence to high-valued clients.

The Role :

1. Provide support for internet security surveillance activities.

2. Responsibility for managing and escalating security incidents, ensuring a prompt and effective response.

3. Assist in the thorough preparation of incident reports, contributing to comprehensive documentation of security events.

4. Assist in detecting and resolving issues arising from security incidents, and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining system integrity.

5. Provide first-level troubleshooting for serviced devices, and address and resolve security-related issues.

6. Work closely with engineers team to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Your expertise and insights will play a crucial role in finding effective solutions.

7. Stay informed about the latest security advancements by consistently reviewing security updates and ensuring that systems are up to date with the most current protective measures..

8. Provide support for the Level 1 (L1) team by assisting with resource management, helping to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

9. Assist in the onboarding program for new security analysts, facilitate a smooth integration into the team and ensure familiarity with established protocols.

1. Minimum requirement is a Diploma with a module in IT or Cyber Security.

2. Having a security Analyst certification like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), or Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) is advantageous but not mandatory.

3. Preferably, candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Management of IDS/IPS and firewall systems.
• Experience in Vulnerability Assessment, penetration testing, and risk assessment using various scanning and penetration testing tools.
• Knowledge of Unix, WIN2K, NT, and web server security practices such as OS tightening, SSO, and virus scanning.

4. General understanding of Information Security concepts.

5. Adequate understanding of Layer 1-7 Networking concepts is required.

6. Ability to follow predefined procedures, policies, and processes, and work under pressure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, with a focus on data and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory is essential.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Relevant certifications in Azure or business analysis are advantageous.

SUMMARY

Requirements

• Experience of derivative product characteristic, including structure of products, valuation/pricing information associate with the products

• Knowledge with vanilla product and derivatives and understand the general market practice

• Understand the basic concept of valuation/pricing approach of vanilla and derivatives

• Experience with scripting language, i.e. Python or Excel Macro

• Master in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance or CFA .

Responsibilities

• Principle duties are collecting functional requirements from stakeholders, and able to document and explain the requirements to development and QA team

• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Finance users to elicit and validate business requirements.

• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.

• Leverage the subject matter experts in Technology & Operations in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.

• Become an effective “bridge” between business users and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Work with partners to identify and resolve security weaknesses in the environments which could pose risk to the company.
• Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
• Work closely with teams of engineers chartered with building, scaling, deploying and maintaining manufacturing infrastructure, application services, data and logging pipelines
• Monitor, analyze and investigate all related security alerts in the environment to identify the root cause.
• Conducting security audits & assessments for cloud & manufacturing environments.
• Operational support to security related requests and projects implementations.
• Enhance the security posture of manufacturing infrastructure on site, at third party sites, and in cloud environments.

Requirements:

• Experience conducting security audits & assessments for cloud & manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with Qualys, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or other endpoint security and vulnerability scanning solutions.
• Experience with analyzing and investigating security alerts or breaches to identify the root cause.
• Experience with identity and access management, including monitoring for abuse of permissions by authorized system users
• Experience with verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.
• 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas in large production environments:
• Security hardening and monitoring of Linux or Windows/AD systems and associated services and applications.
• Configuration management tools including Terraform, Ansible, Chef.
• Experience working with aws cloud platforms is highly desired.
• Experience using platforms and tools like MDE, Wazuh, Osquery, Wireshark, Zeek, Suricata.
• Knowledge of the following areas
• TCP/IP network fundamentals and common network services.
• Experience in analyzing a wide variety of network and host security logs to detect and resolve security issues
