Responsibilities:

1. Primary Roles: Customer Service Support

a. Handles incoming enquiries, live chat.

b. Coordinate e-shop customer registration, order processing, e-marketplace coordination (Shopee, Eezee, etc)

c. Reporting and documentation for e-shop & leads

d. Coordinate with local supplier & internal procurement team to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery.

e. Coordinate with Warehouse local team to arrange local collection or delivery & with shipping department for overseas shipping arrangement.

f. Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, Proforma invoices, etc.

g. Follow-up quotations & Orders

h. Onboarding customers to new Digital commerce platform

2. Secondary Roles: System Support

a) System support for systems that already go live.

b) Liaison between end-users and developers by understanding user needs, communicating issues, and facilitating effective resolutions without necessarily engaging in programming.

c) Other ad-hoc responsibilities by management

Requirements:

1. At least GCE “O” levels or SPM

2. At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales experience in handling overseas customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone

3. Pleasant personality and Customer Service oriented

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team

5. Good communication skills

6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin

7. Proficient in MS Excel (MS Powerpoint a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with DXC Luxoft Sales and Account Management team (SAM) to facilitate technology aspect of relationships with Automotive Asia accounts including OEMs, Tier-1s, Silicon vendors and others.
• Support SAM and Delivery teams in getting the right understanding of customer’s technology. Stay up to date on latest offerings from DXC Luxoft solutions.
• Understand customers business needs and define an overlap with services that DXC Luxoft can provide in domains like In-Vehicle Infotainment, Autonomous Drive and Connected Mobility.
• Manage customer’s technology expectations for specific opportunities.
• Lead and take active part in the proposal creation.
• Understand technology trends on the market and help defining Luxoft global solution’s strategy in alignment with it. Provide suggestions to Global Solutions organization on possible adjustments of their offerings based on technology trends and customer’s needs.
• Search for a partnership opportunity with companies on the market that would be a win-win for DXC Luxoft and a partner.
• Support SAM team in development and keeping up to date of Regional Plan and Account Development plan for each major customer.
• Director Automotive Solutions ensures that proposal development and other opportunity-related activities are aligned to DXC Luxoft sales process and all format steps are implemented properly according this process.
• Report to Solutions Head Global. Be aligned with goals and strategy of Global Solutions team.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Solutions / Sales or Technical PreSales for Automotive OEM-s and TIER1-s.
• Working knowledge of modern automotive technologies such as IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment with focus on Digital Cockpit), ADAS, Autonomous Drive (AD) and Connected Mobility (CM).
• Good understanding of software solutions and standards used to power vehicle’s electronics systems.
• Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem.
• Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment.
• Strong English, articulate, good presentation and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
