As a Senior Data Analyst (Growth), you will be part of a regional function working to support the growth of all business units in Funding Societies. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, effective communication, creative problem solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex business problems. Success in this role is tied to your ability to strive despite being in an ambiguous environment.

The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter who can develop a strong perspective on what world-class marketing and growth analytics should look like at Funding Societies, can work with teams to understand ambiguous challenges, empower business users to make strategic decisions, and drive the company’s overall growth. What will you do:

• Insights Generation Evangelist: Own end-to-end insights generation processes, from hypothesis generation to analysis, extracting meaningful and actionable insights, to sharing findings with stakeholders
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough and rigorous analysis of complex datasets using various tools and methodologies to derive insights that drive business strategy and growth.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to support key business initiatives and solve organizational growth challenges such as driving acquisition, reducing churn, improving retention, monetization and LTV
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, ensuring insights align with organizational goals and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance hypothesis generation methods, analysis techniques, and reporting frameworks to improve the overall insights generation process.
• Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of working experience in Customer / Marketing Analytics
• Have experience with delivering analysis such as  Customer segmentation, Customer behaviors examination, Hypothesis testing
• Growth mindset, eager learner and humble in receiving feedback and implementing it
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical mind, able to break down complex problems in a structured and MECE manner 
• Can-do attitude where proposals and suggestions are proactively provided to stakeholders
• Independent learner who enjoys technical challenges (Google is your best friend)
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with cross-departmental and cross-team projects experience, independently owning and promoting project execution
• SQL and BI visualization tools experience required. Experience with QlikSense will be an added advantage 
• English is required

Good to have:

• Experience in Agile workflow
• Exposure with MixPanel, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Intercom, Braze, Clevertap
