The APAC Senior Tax Analyst is a core member of the ServiceNow Corporate Tax Team, with the primary responsibility of supporting the Tax Director - APAC in all external and internal tax reporting requirements for our legal entities in APAC region.  You must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and to work closely and proactively with numerous functional teams across our organization. This position will be based in Singapore.

• Support tax compliance for ServiceNow entities in the APAC region.  Prepare workpapers, coordinate with third party tax advisors to file corporate income returns and arrange for tax payments.
• Collaborate cross functionally with external statutory auditors and Financial Reporting Team to prepare or review tax disclosures in the statutory financial statements. 
• Prepare income tax provision for APAC entities for USGAAP and local GAAP purposes, including current and deferred tax, tax payable reconciliations, tax accounts roll-forward and return-to-provision true-up.
• Support transfer pricing such as intercompany transactions analysis and local transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide support for tax audits and tax controversy matters in the region.
• Assist in M&A and tax planning/ restructuring projects, including modelling related tax impacts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline and automate tax-related procedures.
• Support internal control testing and maintain SOX documentation and processes.
• Build collaborative working relationships with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Corporate Development Teams.  Effective communication of tax considerations to business stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate tax impact of current and proposed tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform market analysis and generate market intelligence reports to ensure timely and accurate updates for management. Report overall refining margins and unit indicator margins to facilitate refinery’s production planning and plant optimization decision-making.
• Provide LP (Linear Programming) and analytical support and administer the Business Planning Framework, which includes collating and processing relevant data from various stakeholders to formulate the Refinery Business Plan.
• Provide updates on Business Unit Performance including compiling and presenting relevant data/monthly KPIs to monitor refinery performance.
• Evaluate, recommend, and issue transfer prices in a timely manner for product grades, as well as manage enquiries from Shareholders to facilitate production planning activities.
• Review and verify accuracy of refinery’s production values, generate product settlement report and follow-up on issues pertaining to product settlements in order to uphold equitable allocation of production values amongst Shareholders.
• Perform project economics analysis/studies for assigned projects to enable judicious business decision making.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably have relevant working experience in petrochemical or oil refinery industry. Fresh graduates may be considered, and relevant training will be provided.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint and experience in handling data (programming, visualization, automation, analytics) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Service Delivery Managers and other resources within the security services team
• Prepare and deliver the service and maintenance proposal during bids
• Formalize service requirements, cost of ownership and integrated logistic support of the Solution
• Define the architecture/organization of the service and the associated service infrastructure
• Allocate service requirements to the various actors of the organization for support
• Validate the Service Deployment Readiness

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in IT/Computer/Engineering Discipline
• Preferably more than 10 years of work experience in maintenance of Critical System with SLA in the management capacity
• Experience in execution of ITSM processes in an organization
• Experience in operation transition planning from project phase into maintenance phase
• Experience in managing a group of more than 20 service support staffs and sub-contractors
• Experience in delivering ILS requirements in project phase
• Good understanding of Logistic Support Analysis such as Maintenance Engineering Analysis (MEA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
• Good understanding of System Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) programme
• Experience in the System Testing, Commissioning and Warranty support
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with peers and customers on all levels
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an occasionally high-pressure environment
• Organized and motivated individual with good written and oral communication skills
• Good technical knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Databases, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity, Communication Systems will be an advantage
• Any professional certifications such as PMP/IPMA, ITIL, CCNA, etc. will be also an advantage
