Job Description:

• Manage the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project.
• Analyse the stakeholders’ needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions (e.g. process optimisation, process automation, digital solutions and systems) that deliver operational excellence and productivity savings.
• Work with the stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions, including change management activities to ensure buy-in for the solution.
• Refine and clarify the business need, define solution scope, and develop business case
• Explore, identify, and document business needs
• Analyze stated requirements of stakeholders, and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope.
• Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solutions that best fit business needs, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions or revamped processes to see how well they met the original need.
• Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate, and manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Prepare end-user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems, or implementation of new standard operating procedures.
• Lead and perform system validation activities and user acceptance tests.
• Review the performance of the solution measurement metrics and provide recommendations to continue to optimize current business processes.
• Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
• Maintain document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or any related fields.
• Business Analysis certification (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®)) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles
• Past track record in business analysis, application solutions and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to model business requirements in business process modelling tool.
• Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver operational risk management book-of-work, including risk culture reporting & communications, independent assurance review and control testing, action-plan progress tracking and other related responsibilities

Skills/Requirement

• ·1+ years of experience in operational risk management / Audit

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of MLS system
• Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
• Liaise with application teams across group and countries build the enhancements according to the technical solution plan
• Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design document and other system documentation to capture key design decisions
• Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience / knowledge in Application architecture and System Integration with combination of technologies such as Unix, Linux, Apache, Jboss. Maria database and NoSQL
• At least 8 years of CICD implementation experience from scratch with combination of technologies such GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Aldon, etc
• At least 10 years of experience in developing Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, Java or Python
• At least 10 years of experience in application and database design and UI/UX design
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, data mapping and process mapping
• At least 8 years of experience in Production Support Management, Incident and Problem Management
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data
• Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in network and security experience to resolve firewall connection issue, integration issue, load balancing and disaster recovery needs
• Knowledge in networking, firewall, data migration, password encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and technologies
• Experience in NoSQL database or Big Data
• Experience in Control-M, and JIRA
