The Process Assurance Team (PAT) is within Global Market and Enterprise Technology (GMET) organization, supporting bank’s Project, Development and Service Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process

The team acts as a quality gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts such as functional & design specification, testing documents and others project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be working with Project and Technical Delivery managers to ensure high quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes

• Design, formulate and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review security design(s) for the project in scope: Security and risk management controls, ICT/Cloud resouces and services, related policies and standards, cybersecurity best practices, and business requirements/needs.
• Technical architecture diagrams depicting the deployment of security controls in existing network
• Conduct initial risk assessments to evaluate security risks and vulnerabilities
• Recommend mitigation/correction actions, security controls and process to implement
• Submit a Security Design Document detailing the security controls to secure the system
• Identify logical architectural elements such as the logical flow of control,
  and the relationship between the elements (e.g., the trust boundary between
  various services and components deployed at cloud services);
• Identify physical or virtual architectural elements to build the architecture (e.g., security mechanism such as Firewall, access control, authentication);
• Select security services such as hardware-related, Software-related, cloudrelated (e.g., Native cloud service, security mechanisms available for authentication, token management, authorization, encryption methods
  (hash, symmetric, asymmetric), encryption algorithms and security event logging);
• Create an architecture design which allows all elements to be integrated to fufil needs and requirements
• Report to relevant stakeholders on the SBD activity
• Provide insights about regular findings

Competencies:

• Good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security Audit / log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and security assessment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
• Autonomous, with the ability to drive and lead
• Excellent writing and communication skills to negotiate and provide solutions
• Proven stakeholder and inter-personal management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in Information Security System, Computer Science, or relevant IT experience

Direct Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead or Lead Business Analyst as a Functional Analyst
• Perform business and functional analysis (end to end) for Cash Management services wrt to the reporting platform and products for Asia Pacific countries;
• Provide viable solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and delivers business initiatives that is inline with Solution

· Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients

· Manage tenants and clients requirements at data centre

· Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments allocated

· Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare AAR of the incident

· Ensure all site requirements according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD requirements

· Ensure 100% compliance of security personnel deployed to contractual headcount, turnout and bearing, discipline, licensing conditions and code of conduct

· Ensure prompt distribution of site officers welfare items, stationaries, equipment’s, memos. Letters and forms

· Ensure all leave application forms hardcopy or electronically with MCs or any other letters such as resignation are being followed up and delivered to HQ

· Ensure monthly report for every sites are being delivered to Clients and documents submitted for billings
