Scope of Work

Work in the development team to:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support business performance management cycles, including planning & budgeting, target setting, performance review, providing management information and analytics (scheduled and ad-hoc), etc.
• Responsible for streamlining and controlling business and financial data processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and analysis
• Serve as subject matter expert in designing, building, and maintaining business intelligence tools and Tableau dashboards
• Conduct comprehensive market studies to generate actionable business intelligence and strategic insights
• Support initiatives to develop financial models, prepare business cases, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives
• Create and maintain reusable SQL scripts and macros to streamline data extraction, aggregation, and validation processes across multiple data sources

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines
• 3 years of working experience in Big 4, financial services, or e-Commerce sectors with financial analyst exposure
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL and Python are highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and intuitive thinking
• In-depth understanding of data structures and data management

Job Summary :

The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the system.

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent investment advice for a dedicated group of investors, and will be the centre of a servicing ‘gold standard’. The key areas will cover all aspects of Wealth Management and in managing private client relationships which will incorporate investment analysis, client discussions, marketing and promotion.

A brief description of responsibilities as follows:

• Supporting the Client Advisers (RM) to provide excellent advice to high net worth clients & investors, maintaining a high standard of service quality in all work and output
• Partnering Client, Business Support and Third-Party Service Providers to ensure relevant product access as well as competitive pricing for clients
• Ensure all client portfolios are in-line with clients’ needs, objectives and risk appetite
• Provide market updates to clients, prepare reports related to the portfolio, as well as specific product performance

Professional and Technical

Min 3 years of relevant experience from wealth management or private banking areas.

A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential.

A strong understanding of complex client requirements, acting as the clients’ key interface in direct interactions and communication

Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Excel required. Knowledge in VBA and other programming language such as SQL preferred but not necessary.

The incumbent must have strong analytical, written and spoken English skills. Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications will be highly regarded.

Regulatory Requirement

All necessary qualifications as required by the MAS must be acquired within a 6month period from commencement of employment.

Job Summary

The role involves evaluating and optimizing front-to-back control processes for Futures and Options products and the Clearing industry. Responsibilities:

Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer with strong presence in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Cost Analyst to be part of their FP&A team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area.

Responsibility Cost Analyst:

• Analyze product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate cost structures.
