This role is based in Singapore and focuses on supporting and optimizing our people (HR) systems, primarily Workday. Key Responsibilities:

Integrations Management:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations across the HR system landscape.

• Design, develop, and deploy new integrations as required, leveraging Workday Extend or other relevant tools.

You will partner with sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness. As a Senior Consultant, Operational Technology (OT) Security, you will be responsible to establish thought leadership, pursue opportunities and deliver projects in emerging domains. Current topics of interest includes security for Cyber Physical Systems (Including Operation Technology(OT)/Industrial  Control Systems (ICS), 5G use cases and IoT), Data Protection (including Post-Quantum Security), AI for Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity for AI. You will also be responsible for the joint research lab partnering Institutes of Higher Learning to conduct research and development in next-generation cyber security technologies.

As a Site Technology Specialist, you will work with clinical sites and provide technical support and expertise related to technology (Kidney imaging, cell therapy, radiology and renal ultrasounds).

You will:

• Provide clinical sites with technical support and expertise related to technology (Nuclear medicine, kidney imaging, interventional radiology)
• Assist in the design and implementation of study related forms, guidelines and manuals related to technologies
• Coordinate data collection related to technologies, including but not limited to nuclear medicine, radiology, etc.
• Provide technical and initiation support to sites
• Identify, track, and report specific technical timepoints in the study related to study procedures including imaging, scans, and other technologies

This position is assigned to Diplomatic Technology (DT) Office and crucial for the design, development, testing, and implementation of the Embassy’s applications and intranet web presence, with a special focus on AI systems development and integration.
