Job Description & Requirements

1. Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from subsidiary companies from various countries.
2. Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
3. Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing quotation, invoice, navigating customer to payment platform , issuing sales order , purchase orders to other trade-related documents.
4. Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
5. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
6. Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports if needed

Qualifications and Requirement

· Able to coordinate with different stakeholders and be able to communicate with Chinese spoken supply chain team.

· Able to adapt to a fast-growing environment.

· Willing to do hands-on jobs and other administration tasks.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

DESCRIPTION OF JOB

Primarily role is to work with sales team, customers, and suppliers to coordinate all design activities and purpose changes within our manufacturing capability. Required to produce construction drawings and relevant info to fulfill a specific project assign by the sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Operate ACAD design tools and provide 2D & 3D drawings.

Coordinate with customer and suppliers in meeting the project design and timeline.

Keep up to date record of each customer product design changes with the latest drawing revision.

Work hand in hand with the sales team to fulfill customer’s new production design and modification.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma/ Secondary education level
