• Data entry for Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers etc
• Staff Claims processing and recording into the system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We are seeking a visionary director of Smart Industry and Innovation to spearhead our company’s digital transformation journey. This role will be pivotal in fostering academic collaborations, developing cutting-edge automation tools, leveraging AI/ML technologies, and driving global IT programs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in exploring MES solutions, developing cost-effective vision systems, and conducting technology benchmarking.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

1. Industry 4.0 Leadership: Steer our company’s digital transformation in alignment with Industry 4.0 standards, integrating IoT, cloud computing, big data, and cybersecurity into our business models.
2. Academic Partnerships: Establish collaborations with universities to leverage their expertise and resources, including joint research projects and talent acquisition programs.
3. IT Strategy Development: Formulate IT strategies that align with our company’s needs and existing technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and making strategic recommendations.
4. MES Solutions: Identify and implement MES solutions to optimize operations across our sites, overseeing their integration into our existing IT infrastructure.
5. Solution Interoperability: Ensure the interoperability of our solutions, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of our systems and technologies.
6. Industry Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Industry 4.0, attending industry events, reading relevant publications, and maintaining a strong industry network.
7. Benchmarking and Technology Exploration: Conduct benchmarking studies and explore new technologies that could significantly impact our organization, leading their implementation when appropriate.
8. Automation Tool Development: Identify and implement SECS/GEM tools to enhance our automation capabilities, training staff to use them effectively.
9. AI/ML Implementation: Leverage AI and ML technologies to optimize operations and decision-making processes, implementing predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
10. Vision System Development: Develop cost-effective vision systems for assembly and testing to improve efficiency and quality.
11. Global IT Program Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of future global IT programs, setting strategic goals, managing project timelines and deliverables, and coordinating with international teams.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experience/Skills & Knowledge/Personal Qualities)

• Master’s / PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant working experience in the assembly process semiconductor from wafer fabrication to testing.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and integration
• Experience in semiconductor process from wafer fabrication to test
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, automation tools (especially SECS/GEM), AI/ML, and MES solutions
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Self-driven and has excellent problem solving and organizational skills for daily support and managing on-going and future programs
• Able to communicate and present effectively in small and large groups
• Able to work independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Able and willing to travel when needed
• Flexible to work within US, Europe and Asia business time zones
