The Senior AI Solutions Architect will report directly to the Chief Executive of LawNet Technology Services (LTS).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced technical manager to lead our engineering team. This team is responsible for the development of LTS AI products and management and optimisation of the platform supporting these developments. The role entails leading an engineering team towards the ongoing design, development and deployment of custom Large Language Models and the design and development of AI products that leverage these models.

As an NLP Engineer at LTS, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven products and services. • Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The individual is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on legal and regulatory, compliance, IT and cybersecurity risk to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives.

Description

Establish Governance and Build Knowledge

• Facilitate an information security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program, including the formation of an information security steering committee or advisory board.
• Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams and senior business leaders
• Work with the vendor management office to ensure that information security requirements are included in contracts by liaising with vendor management and procurement organizations.
• Create and manage a targeted information security awareness training program for all employees, contractors and approved system users, and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of this security training program for the different audiences.
