Responsibilities

Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services based on the agreed MSA

Provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services to run day-to-day operations and services for the overall Operations of Data Centers (Tampines & Alexandra) for UOB as well as the building management. Y

Maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA’s and KPI’s, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client’s workplace.

Assist the Senior Facilities Manager in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client.

Be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:

• Vendor and Contract Management
• Facilities Operations and Improvements
• Financial Management and Savings Initiatives
• Procurement and Risk Management
• Customer Service & Client Relationships
• Reporting, Training, Staff Management and other responsibilities assigned by Senior Facilities Manager

Support major and minor internal projects (and moves/adds/changes) from start to finish, including tender process, procurement, project planning & execution, staff communications, risk management, quality supervision and project updates/reporting (If required).

Implement JLL Corrigo tool on the site and ensure that the Client staff uses it as well to log in helpdesk complaints

Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.

Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Provide Reports as required by the Client and Senior FM

Actively participate in all planned training activities

Experience

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in property/facilities management

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supply on-site application support and metrology solutions to End users in CMP, CVD, Lithography and Etch process groups.

2. To establish good technical relationship (and good communication channel) with customers, have comprehensive understanding of their process and issues.

3. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including future changes and trends.

4. Remain involved and up-to-date with new metrology applications and products.

5. Perform Pre-sale demonstrations and presentations to customers.

6. Help in developing new and current applications in close coordination with LTD or other subsidiaries.

7. Provide sales support and sales related information to the marketing group.

Requirements

1．Above Master’s degree in physical, Material Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering background.

2．Knowledge with Semiconductor process.

3．Must be able to work independently also a team player.

4．Good communication skills.

5．Willing to travel to various regions for training (basic training for up to 2mths) and support activities.

6．Strong analytical skills Multi-tasking, Good attitude and high EQ.

7．Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as Installation and Services Technician

2. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

5. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

6. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

11. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

13. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain and support company systems in the field.

2. Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements.

3. Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training).

4. Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.

5. Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time.

6. Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades.

7. Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree related to Semiconductor / Engineering industry.

2. Prior experience in semiconductor industry would be an advantage.

3. Good communication skills, team player, service orientate.

4. Able to accept work shift and oversea support if need.

5. Proficient in English.

Patient Service Associates (6 Months Contract) x 5

Working location: South (Accessible by Outram Park MRT)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Any 5 days work week)

• Responsible for providing services to patients

• Appointment scheduling
• First touch point for pre and post procedures
