Job Summary

The role comprises both Operations and Technology functions with the primary function being 70% facilities management and 30% technology. The Operations (Facilities Management) role oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities, assets and equipment. Job Roles & Duties

(i) Operations (Facilities Management) Responsibilities

The staff manages the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment for all stakeholders on-site at our premises where we operate. Duties include:

• Develop and implement strategy to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance including scheduling and co-ordinating of maintenance activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaners/ vendor and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, Chapel, Sick Bay, kitchens / pantries, living areas of the IJHCC residents, toilets, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces

Subject: Project manager

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with a governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders with good presentation skills.

· Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

· Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project, including the performance guarantee and Warranty Period

· During project phase, lead the application in covering,

i. Contract Management

ii. Service Level Management (SLA)

iii. Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation)

iv. Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure)

v. Audit and Security Services

vi. Risk Management

What we are looking for

· Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred.

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles

· Team player with project management and people management skills

· Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project is an added advantage.

· Analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Results and customer oriented

· Good written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

The primary responsibility of the IT Support Engineer is to build and provide support for server, workstations and storage equipment.

· Provide first level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets

· Installation and configuration of operating systems and softwares for users

· Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues

· Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users

· Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connnectivity issues

· Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents.

· Monitor Service Level Agreement and provide regular reporting in timely manner to relevant party.

The person will be responsible for overseeing all financial and commercial aspects of our global accounts. You will play a crucial role in business partnering with internal management teams, interacting with high-end talent pools, and engaging with global clients' stakeholders. Your expertise will serve as the financial heartbeat of the account, driving financial components to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making by the management team.

· Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes.

· Ensure compliance with accounting principles and local financial regulations.

2. Business Partnering:

· Collaborate with internal management teams to provide financial insights, strategic analysis, and recommendations to drive business growth.

· Engage with global clients' stakeholders to build strong financial relationships and support their financial needs.

· Support with the financial operation set up and for monitoring and analysis purpose.

3. Pricing, Forecasting, and Budgeting:

· Forecast revenue and expenses, track financial performance against budgets, and identify areas for improvement.

· Partner with Account Leaders to formulate accurate estimates and financial projections.

4. Financial Operations:

· Lead month-end financial closing processes, including revenue recognition, internal billing, and reconciliation of accounts.

· Monitor accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

· Review financial processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting and relevant professional certificates

· 3 years of relevant experience

· Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the Group at all levels and functions

· Ability to work independently

· As this role will be working mostly with China HQ and SEA country offices, candidate must be able and comfortable to read, write and speak fluently with Mandarin and English.

· Candidates with relevant work experience with China companies and similar industry will have added advantage.
