(A) JOB DESCRIPTION

The position reports directly to the Secretary General.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Officer supports the IRSG secretariat’s IT infrastructure and is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the IT network, computers, and other digital systems while supporting and enhancing the IRSG's cybersecurity posture.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology Officer is responsible for IT support delivery as well as cyber risk management strategy and planning. He/she also supports the Economics and Statistical Unit in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting of IRSG publications.

(B) SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within the limits of delegated authority, the software development and information technology Officer is responsible for the following duties:
▪ Day-to-day monitoring, technical support, and planning of all aspects of the IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/wireless network).
▪ planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the overall IT efficiency of the secretariat and the cyber security measures for the protection and efficient operation of IRSG data, systems, and networks.

(E) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An Undergraduate university degree (Minimum of Bachelor degree but preferably a Masters Degree) in computer science, information systems, information technology (with a specialization in software engineering) or a related field is mandatory. Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, GIAC, CEH, etc. will be an added advantage.

A minimum of three years (but preferably five years) of progressively responsible experience in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer information technology systems or related areas is required.

Experience in the administration of IT infrastructure, including network servers, web servers, virtual private networks, firewalls, and wireless services, is required, as is the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems. Strong competence in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting is mandatory.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment is a must. Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating, executing, and following up on business development leads and identifying opportunities in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, particularly in centralized exchanges, and the ability to forge strong relationships with potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the centralized exchange market making sector.
• Follow up on leads generated by senior management, nurturing relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into successful partnerships.
• Keep up to date with market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, operations, and technology, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our network.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and market dynamics to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Min. 2-5 years of experience in a business development position, preferably in cryptocurrency trading or a market-making business.
• Strong understanding of centralized exchange market making and trading strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.

• Overall 5-6 years experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
• Salesforce certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
• Design and implement workflow rules, process builders, and flows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong Salesforce Service and Community Cloud Experience with Integration.
• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a strong background in database design and system architecture.
• Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
• Expert level understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
