Job Objectives

The Risk Management Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting the bank’s Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure the process compliance to Group policies and regulatory requirements.

This position serves as a Technology Risk Analyst for the risk management delivery as per the established processes and guidelines, the lead will drive the process to meet the Group policies and regulatory requirements. The lead will also contribute to drive continuous improvements within Risk Management Processes.

The candidate must be skilled in verbal and written communication, as the position interfaces directly with senior stakeholders and delivery managers. The position requires attention to detail and accurately articulating impact in a non-technical and technical manner. Prioritizing tasks and shifting focus under pressure is critical as the team works through various competing high priorities.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently plan, conduct, and coordinate risk management assignments. Review progress and evaluates results, which are communicated to the relevant key stakeholders.

· Independently manage and plans interaction with the relevant key stakeholders and delivery leads to establish/track/execute risk management plans.

· Plans and implements recommendations for major improvements to existing processes and procedures.

Key Requirements

· Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.

- 3 years of hands-on technology risk management experience in the banking industry, preferably led a risk team before.

· Audit / Third Parties Risk Assessment / Obsolescence / Technology Risk Management experience

· Ability to communicate plans and deliver timely effective information to leadership and key stakeholders.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Assist the Manager in the implementation of the Facility Management Enterprise System Platform and Facilities Maintenance Management System on site.
• Directly in charge of the implementation of IoT Sensors, Smart Meters, Facilities Maintenance Management System, etc on site.
• Assists in the collation and analysis of information from the FM Enterprise System to facilitate decisions and report for stakeholders.
• Assist the Manager to source, evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts to support project implementation.
• Management of project timeline and expectation, while building strong relationships in the process to achieve customer satisfaction
• Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Intelligent Building, Green FM, Building Services and with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Candidate with IT and digital knowledge in built environment will be an advantage
• Good communication (written and version) skills and possess strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion in promoting digital transformation and technology solutions

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for safe operation of crawler crane

· Ensure crane is in good working condition before operation; always be alert and ensure safe operation at work

· To be fully aware of related WSH safety regulations and house rules

· Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning/disinfecting of crane’s cabin

· Report any malfunction, wear and tear of crane

· Any other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

· Must be a registered Crawler Crane/Crane Operator with MOM

· At least 1 year of relevant experience

· Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, when required

Working Conditions

5.5 Working days per week.

· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

· Receive complaints and resolve problems

· Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
