Voice Engineer

Responsibilities:

· VOIP Domain Knowledge : Strong knowledge and experience in VOIP Protocols : SIP, H.323, RTP, RTCP, SRTP, TDM, MGCP

· Trouble-shooting Skills : Hands on debugging experience of GDB, call analysis through Wire Shark

· Develop, maintain and document the installation and configuration procedures.

· Contribute to and maintain system standards.

· To provide the end to end application support and maintenance to our existing customers.

· Coordinate with team, documentation, implementation, training and support

· Prepare, update and deliver regular project status update

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Information Technology IT/Telecommunication/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IVR and Contact Center technology
• Experience using and leveraging APIs
• Proficient in one or more development or scripting languages, such as Lua, with experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of FreeSWITCH will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of networking concepts like Firewall Configuration, Switch Configuration, LAN Troubleshooting, Network Tracing, WAN etc.
• Experience in managing SBC and Media Gateway will an advantage.
• Knowledge of VOIP, installation, customization and development.
• Strong knowledge in IP Telephony & VoIP System (TCP, UDP, RTP etc) will be an
• advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Issue quotations based on customers’ requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.

• Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers.

• Review delivery orders and invoices to identify any errors before delivery.

• Upload invoices to customers’ invoice portal.

• Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.

• Update all billing procedures.

• Maintain and update customers’ database.

• Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings.

• Collaborate with accounting team to support activities on a daily basis.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as & when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum “O” level with three years working experience in office environment using a computer.

• Proficient computer skills and use of Microsoft Office

• Good team player and able to work well independently and in fast-paced environment

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) in order to collaborate with Mandarin speaking accounting team to support activities on a daily basis.

• Fluent in English speaking and writing

• Salary depending on experience

• Experience in accounting software is plus

Responsibilities but not limited:

• Perform basic book-keeping
• Maintain accurate data on the accounting software and produce the financial report
• Preparation of staff payroll and expenses claims
• Liaise and work closely with bankers, tax advisors and internals to ensure compliance
• Perform other financial and accounting duties as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in accounting and management
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Proficient with MC Office especially Excel
• Hands on experience with accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts like Firewall Configuration, Switch Configuration, WAN, LAN and VLAN Troubleshooting, Network Tracing, DNS, DHPC, IPsec etc.
• Familiar with Cloud Technologies and IT security policy would be an advantage
• Familiar with Windows Server OS and database MSSQL
• Basic knowledge in IP Telephony & VoIP System (TCP, UDP, RTP etc) will be an advantage.
