JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for issuing quotations, follow up on purchase orders, create invoices.
· Prepare delivery and invoice documents for deliveries and email to customers.
· Upload invoices to customers’ invoice portal.
· Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings.
· Maintain and update customers’ database.
· Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings.
· Raise PR for the company’s purchase.
· Upkeep and update the internal website.
· Participate in exhibitions locally and overseas.
· Cross-department functions such as coordinating with the Finance team to issue a credit note.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Certificate / Diploma in any field / Experience in a Sales Admin-related field will be considered.
· At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or similar roles.
· Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
· Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Good team player and able to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
