Department overview
Nomura is currently in the process of establishing a new Global Sourcing function to operate across Nomura Group companies, regions and functions to deliver an ongoing contribution to cost efficiency and commercial/contract risk mitigation associated with vendor engagements, and drive efficiencies through spend category commercial support, vendor/contract consolidation and Group-wide economies of scale.

Role description
Working as part of a Category team that operates as part of an overall Global Technology Sourcing team. Making an ongoing, tangible contribution to cost efficiency and commercial/contractual risk management, through:

• Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Lead – Network and Infrastructure in developing the overall spend category strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and managing the effective delivery of that strategy
• No direct reports however there will be some workload oversight of, and close collaboration required with members within the Global Sourcing team located in numerous Nomura regions
• Managing and/or providing oversight to category-wide efficiency and governance initiatives
• Effective management and delivery of new deals and renewals, including:

o Influencing the adoption of appropriate sourcing strategies and activities
o Leading RFPs and renewals, including complex and high-profile commercial/contractual negotiations
o Significant interaction with senior internal clients and senior representatives from external vendors
o Creating and presenting impactful deal summaries/recommendations
o Working as part of cross-functional and cross-regional teams
o Maintaining deal pipelines

• Providing a commercial advisory service to key stakeholders
• Meeting or exceeding a range of financial and non-financial performance targets
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
• Build strong supplier relationships and supplier management programmes; driving initiatives with suppliers in co-ordination with the business and corporate functions
• Making a material contribution to the ongoing development of Nomura’s Global Sourcing function, including policy and procedures
• Providing support and coaching to other members of the Category team with an emphasis on development of the more junior members of the team
• Where applicable, the execution of Business Continuity plans and pro-active operational risk management

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge require

• Degree level qualification or equivalent
• CIPS or other professional Sourcing/Procurement qualification desirable
• Minimum 10+ years of experience of sourcing the relevant spend categories in a blue-chip environment, with some experience of Category Leadership and a proven track record of successfully leading commercial and contract activities, including:

o Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Lead – Network Infrastructure, and leading the development and maintenance of strategic Category-wide plans and initiatives in conjunction with stakeholders
o Portfolio opportunity analysis and subsequent benefit delivery
o Interacting and influencing at senior management level
o Effectively influencing the sourcing strategy for individual projects
o Leading internal/market analysis, competitive bidding and negotiation activities for regional and global agreements, with a range of value and complexity
o Re-negotiation and value extraction from embedded legacy / incumbent suppliers
o Knowledge of the pricing and contracting mechanisms for global enterprise level suppliers
o Excellent understanding of commercial levers and legal terms and conditions relating to Network Infrastructure contracts
o Understanding of different Network Infrastructure services, platforms, licensing arrangements, pricing frameworks
o Ability to identify contractual, operational and commercial risks in particular complex projects and apply mitigation measures without impacting project delivery objectives
o Knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities, and expected trends at a geographic and global level

• Experience in a Banking environment may be an advantage, but is not essential

1. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and the business team to assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and production iterations.

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.

2. Requirements:

Work you will do:

Job Description:

• Conduct marketing research and data analysis to expand and nurture the leads pool. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Perform outbound cold-calling to introduce Yonyou’s products/services to clients over the phone.
• Explore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

Required Experience

• Graduate in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration,and Accountancy.

Job Descriptions:

• Receive training about BI (Business Intelligent) products, data analysis and project management;
• Execution of data validation, data mining and data analysis activities;
• Assist Lead Data Analyst (LDA) with BI project implementation leveraging Yonyou BI product (integrated with Yonyou EPR system and Cloud Platforms) ;
• Assist LDA in drafting the scope of BI project, and confirming the project timeline.
• Prepare technical documentation and other deliverables to meet the project requirements, and Summarize the best practice of software solution implementation project implementation.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Data Analyzing preferably in the fields in Business applications and cloud solutions, ERP experience

• Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies (videos, PPTs, posters), and presentation slides.
• Lead the team to plan, implement, and organize marketing events and lead marketing campaigns, including Google Ads (SEO, SEM).
• Manage and operate the company website using WordPress, ensuring regular updates and optimal performance.
