The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. This role requires strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of HR practices in Singapore, ensuring that services meet statutory requirements and client expectations. The HR BPO Executive will work closely with BPO team and clients to maintain high levels of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.

- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.

- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses.

Recruitment Support

- Assist in managing outsourced recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and interviewing, as well as coordination.

- Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with local employment regulations, including proper documentation for new hires.

Employee Benefits Administration

- Manage employee benefits processing, such as leave applications, medical claims, and insurance enrolment, ensuring all transactions adhere to client policies.

- Handle employee benefit queries from clients and employees.

HR Compliance & Data Management

- Ensure client compliance with local labour laws, including MOM regulations, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and Employment Act.

- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

- Support clients in the preparation of statutory reports and audits.

Client Support & Service Delivery

- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to HR processes, providing prompt and professional assistance.

- Work closely with the Management Team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into outsourced HR services.

Process Improvement & Technology Utilization

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency using HR software systems.

- Support the implementation of new HR tools and systems for clients, providing training and ongoing support.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR outsourcing, with a focus on Singapore labor laws and regulations.

- Experience in managing payroll via HR systems is highly desirable.

- CEI certified preferred

Key Appointments

• Oversight of Technology Change programme for Singlife, which includes Infrastructure, Information System and Application Platforms.
• This role is to ensure successful implementation of Technology projects within the agreed time, scope and budget, so that the projects can deliver benefits to Singlife.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Initiation: Work with stakeholders to estimate tech effort and costs for the budget approval. This will also include the annual exercise for Technology budget planning.
• Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project charter (Terms of Reference, project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements), detailed work breakdown structure, project schedule, project budget estimation.

• Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve project objectives. Foster an agile, collaborative and productive work environment.
• Project Closure: Ensure proper project closure, including finalizing contracts, conducting project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication: Present project milestones, challenges and achievements to respective stakeholders including Head, Enterprise Solutions and SSC Technology and Group Head of Technology and Operations in monthly PSC meetings.
• This job responsibilities may vary from time to time depending on the nature of the infrastructure project, and the initiatives in which the project manager operates.

Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Project Overview

The AMR IRG is an interdisciplinary community of biologists, engineers, and clinicians from MIT and Singapore, sharing a state-of-the art research facility and united by a commitment to providing a supportive intellectual environment where students and staff can learn, grow, and contribute to solving a pressing societal problem.

The objective of this project is to advance the field of RNA analysis by developing and implementing innovative analytical tools. These tools will be used in a comprehensive study of all forms of RNA -- the ribonucleome -- and the >170 RNA modifications -- the epitranscriptome -- in disease pathobiology, host-pathogen interactions, biomarker development, and therapeutic target discovery.

Responsibilities

The Research Engineer will plan and conduct experiments with the aim of understanding RNA modifications' roles in human disease and leveraging RNA-modifying enzymes as potential drug discovery targets. The candidate will work primarily on cell culture, RNA isolation, and chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry analysis. As part of this work, the candidate will prepare results for publication, be a liasion with the AMR IRG community, work with external collaborators, and develop strong experimental and communication skills.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, molecular & cell biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.

Role description
Working as part of a Category team that operates as part of an overall Global Technology Sourcing team. Making an ongoing, tangible contribution to cost efficiency and commercial/contractual risk management, through:

• Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Lead – Network and Infrastructure in developing the overall spend category strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and managing the effective delivery of that strategy
