Main duties and responsibilities:

· Establishment and management of company-wide (Group) information security management system (ISO27001)

· Manage the organization’s information security department.

· Analyze existing information security posture and establish detailed improvement plans.

· Develop or maintain and publish up-to-date information security policies, processes and standards.

· Ensure all software, technology, information security policies, processes and guidelines adhere to local legislation and legal frameworks.

· Manage all audit work and enquiries involving Information and Cyber Security across the Group.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer / information technology / information security related field or equivalent experience.

· At least 5 years of corporate information security related experience.

· Industry security certification (ISMS/ISO27001 auditor, CISA, CISSP, etc)

· Experience in privacy law (eg GDPR, PDPA), network, cloud technology (eg AWS) and IT audits

· Good communication skills in English

· Good communication skills in Korean will be an added advantage

Element has an opportunity for a Metallurgy Technician. In this role, your primary responsibility is to perform routine, metallurgical, mechanical, failure, corrosion testing facilitating metallurgy operations at site or at a laboratory.

This role is based in Tuas location.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine mechanical testing (tensile, bend, charpy impact, hardness) including CTOD and metallurgical testing (micro / macro examinations) Involvement in site / field testing
• Coordinating with the technicians in the team to carry out work as per the planning schedule and assist with hazard identification and risk assessment exercises within their areas of responsibility
• Conduct either or combination of testing, analysis, calibration, monitoring, sampling and collection and sample preparation as directed
• Carry out routine laboratory tests, analysis, machining or preparation in line with authorized technical competence
• Carry out daily sample collection and ensure work compliance to ISO 17025 requirements

Job Description:

• Possess a minimum of Diploma in Metallurgy or related discipline, with 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge on international standards and codes
• Possess driving licence
• Good communication skills

As a member of the operations team, the Machining position performs a variety of routine and non-routine machining assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. The technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

• Machine samples using milling, grinding, manual lathe and CNC lathe machines
• Help in cutting on bandsaw as required
• Maintaining HSE and 5S standards

• Flexibility of working timing and shift as scheduled including night shift

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the machine-shop will be of advantage
• Must possess Diploma or any relevant Certifications

• Depth of understanding related to machining concepts, measuring instruments and dimensional concepts

The Management Analyst will be acting an HR Organizational Analysis personnel and report to the Group HRD, he/she has to apply principles of psychology and organizational development research including Humanity, engagement; Benchmark analysis & market analysis of HR Functions and designing relevant structures. You will be responsible for

• General data analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities for the existing processes

• Research, design and implement people and organizational development strategies and interventions that aligns with the organizational goals, vision and culture based on diagnosis.

Requirements

• Strong academic pedigree statistics/investment professional with 2+ years of PMO experiences or similar who is a also a digital native and willing to work as an HR professional
• Must be able to use MS office, Power BI etc at a professional level to provide professional Data visualization, demographics, able to use SPSS、SQL、Python;
• Experienced in designing methodologies, people analysis and frameworks to analyse people problems and develop recommendations for action
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels across different regions.
• Proven capabilities in strategic thinking, critical thinking, analysis, communication and stakeholder management
• Experienced in handling complex and scalable HR projects

NIE invite suitable candidates to join the Academic Computing and Information Services division (ACIS) as the Manager / Assistant Manager, Administration.

The Manager / Assistant Manager, Administration will provide the administrative and secretariat support to the division, assists in the implementation of directives in the institute and promotes initiatives through various programmes and media in its pursuit of its Vision and Mission. He/she will support the core administrative functions and manage the day-to-day operations in the Divisional Director’s Office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide personal assistance support to the Divisional Director, including scheduling, leave updates, training records and travel arrangements.
• Maintain confidential documents and records.
• Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team for the bi-annual purchase of mobile phone contract and iPads. Track and liaise with the telco and personal assistants on the monthly bills.
• Provide secretariat support for key committees or meetings chaired by the Divisional Director.
• Coordinate with ACIS departments for data collection, progress reports collations and submissions.
• Assist to review, develop and establish internal procedures and guidelines as well as draft policies, reports and papers for the Divisional Director’s Office.
• Provide secretariat, operational and administrative support to NIE Data Protection Officer and the working committee. Assist to address enquiries and collate and review submissions from NIE offices.
• Manage the budget, procurement and stocks of the office supplies and other purchases under the Office’s purview.
• Provide administrative and operational support in the planning and organisation of divisional events.
• Manage the Division’s role-based email accounts and respond to any queries received.
• Vet, draft and coordinate ICT communications and messages for the division.
• Provide administrative support for ACIS business continuity management and disaster recovery exercises/events.
• Provide workplace safety support for the Office, including conduct safety inspection, risk assessment and reporting of incidents.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in administration. Experience in Higher Education would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Meticulous and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good people management skills.
