Job Description
Overall Responsibility:-
Technical Sales Engineer primarily responsibility is to achieve the sales revenues set by the company or exceed the sales revenues agreed upon. Develop new customers while maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers. Maximize profitability in preparing costing prior to quoting to the customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:-
1. The Sales Executive key roles and responsibility is to solicit for sales of M&D product and services in your assigned market and customers including the final collection of any monies owing to the company.
2. You are to develop new accounts and grow the market shares of existing customers.
3. Formulate sales strategies to meet company's growth direction and plan for annual sales revenues.
4. To regularly report the sales activities and market intelligence to the immediate supervisor regarding customers and competitors movement.
5. Handle all customers issues related to technical specifications, quality and delivery diligently and feedback to the management and/or suppliers for immediate action when necessary
6. Constantly working very closely with the production, quality control team and customers to bridge the understanding in manufacturing capabilities, production costing and delivery issues
7. Provide technical support/design matters and advise costing to other Account Manager when necessary
