OVERVIEW

The Assistant/Manager, Market Access, plays a critical role in shaping the committee’s agenda to advance market access strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The position focuses on driving committee initiatives, coordinating key stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare and access landscapes to ensure optimal market access for member companies. The role requires a strategic mindset, deep understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to execute projects in collaboration with industry leaders, KoL’s, policymakers, and partners.

As Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Health, you will be part of the APACMed’s Digital Health Committee Team and work directly with the Director – Digital Health to advance digital health in the Asia Pacific through knowledge creation, advocacy and policy shaping. You will be responsible for assisting in committee related activities, including, ideating, coordinating and execution of projects, from concept stage to completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks, managing priorities and requests, managing risks and impact, providing project support and maintaining a master schedule of all projects and activities. You will also be required to create and maintain clear channels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Director, Market Access.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Committee Agenda and Workstreams:

• Drive the development and execution of the Market Access Committee’s agenda, ensuring alignment with the association's strategic goals.
• Lead specific workstreams and initiatives under the committee’s purview, from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, define objectives, and craft actionable plans to deliver measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including payors, policymakers, healthcare providers, and industry leaders, to achieve committee goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, government bodies, and other key partners in the region.
• Serve as a key liaison between committee members, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.

Policy Advocacy and Thought Leadership:

• Draft policy recommendations, position papers, and advocacy materials that reflect industry priorities and support market access goals.
• Conduct research to identify policy gaps and opportunities, developing white papers, concept notes, and reports as needed.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Organize and manage events such as workshops, roundtables, and forums related to market access, including topic selection, speaker engagement, sponsor management, and logistics coordination.
• Develop post-event documentation, summarizing key discussions, recommendations, and insights.

Market Access Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze policy developments, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes impacting market access in the region.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the committee and the association’s leadership.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in market access, public policy, or healthcare strategy/consulting, trade associations, preferably within the MedTech or broader healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Like categorizing the plants and animals on a little-explored continent, the work will involve cataloging many (a) activities and (b) possible human-computer processes for performing these activities.

To do this, we will develop knowledge graphs that include (1) descriptions of many different types of activities and processes, and (2) classifications of these descriptions into multi-dimensional taxonomies that range from very general types of activities to very specific ones.

SMART M3S is undertaking a project that includes three key work streams:

1) Content: Developing an ontology encompassing various activities, actors, and processes arranged systematically. This involves:

• Extracting content from databases like the Department of Labor's O*Net.

• We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA.
• Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.
• Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep-dive analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.

• TWS administration experience with its functions to Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain and Troubleshoot failures.
• Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with the Master Domain Manager.
• Expert in Troubleshooting & Resolution of problems with FTA Unlinks.
• Expert knowledge in troubleshooting Failed jobs and file system full issues
• Capable of handling P1 incidents engage the right stakeholders for the fix.
• Knowledge in Dynamic agents concepts and configurations.
• Knowledge in Event rule management troubleshooting.
• Should be flexible to work in any shifts depending on the project requirements
• Starting and stopping system tasks, monitoring the system consoles for unusual conditions, and working with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems
• Expertise & knowledge to perform IPL and knowledge of HMC operations
• Experienced to support Production/LIVE environment in 24x7 support model

Responsibilities:

• Oversee distribution management for direct users and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth in the assigned territories.
• Achieve sales targets and develop plans to implement strategic business objectives aligned with the group's vision and mission.
• Proactively create new applications and communicate them to distributors.
• Collaborate with the Regional Team to provide monthly and quarterly updates on sales forecasts, budgets, sales generation, business development, and related reports.
• Utilize Salesforce as a forecasting tool to ensure accurate and well-maintained records of prospects and clients, while building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Support, quote, and negotiate prices, credit terms, contract agreements, and other specifications as needed.

Requirements:

• With 3 years of experience in industrial product selling.
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
