岗位职责

i. 产品规划与设计：

• 根据公司量化交易业务战略，设计并优化平台功能，包括量化策略管理、虚拟仓位、订 单管理、账⼾管理、⻛控系统等模块。

• 与业务、技术团队紧密合作，定义产品需求，撰写详细的需求⽂档（ PRD）

ii. ⽤⼾体验优化：

• 深⼊研究量化交易平台⽤⼾ （如量化研究员、交易员） 的需求，提升平台的易⽤性和效 率。

• 持续优化⽤⼾界⾯（ UI）和⽤⼾体验（ UX）

iii. 项⽬管理与推进：

• 协调开发、测试、运营等跨部⻔资源，确保产品开发和上线进度。

• 跟踪项⽬执⾏，解决问题，确保产品的⾼质量交付

iv. 市场趋势与竞品分析：

• 跟踪数字货币和量化交易⾏业趋势，研究竞品动态，制定差异化产品策略
