Responsibilities and requirements:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data management, data analytics, data engineering user

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management: Conduct detailed business analysis functions, including gathering and documenting requirements, creating BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual models.
   Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across different business units to align expectations and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
   
2. Solution Design and Software Delivery: Design and recommend solutions based on in-depth analysis of business processes and technical requirements.
   Support software test planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
   
3. Project Delivery and Agile Methodology: Work in an Agile environment, driving project delivery with a strong focus on timelines and quality.
   Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to enhance Agile processes.
   
4. Technical Expertise and Collaboration: Utilize hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, SQL, API integrations, and database design to support business solutions.

5. Production Support and Vendor Management: Provide production support for business applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, with familiarity in business applications for investment or banking industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, workflow design, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience in documenting business processes, BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual models.
