Project Overview

SMART CAMP (Critical Analytics for Manufacturing Personalized-Medicine) is an interdisciplinary research programme in Singapore (CREATE international research campus and innovation hub) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SMART CAMP addresses key technology bottlenecks in cell therapy manufacturing: (i) critical quality attributes (CQA) of safe, effective cell therapy products; and (ii) integrated process analytics to monitor and modulate those attributes. Our efforts are focused on allogeneic and autologous cell therapy products, including but not limited to cell sources including adult stem/progenitor cells and immune cells for treatment of specific cancers, tissue degeneration, and autoimmune diseases.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support interdisciplinary projects focused on translating candidate safety Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) to improve the safety of cell therapy products and patient safety. He/She will work under the supervision of postdoctoral associates in SMART CAMP, with mentorship by principal investigators in Singapore and MIT. The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. The Executive Administrator (EA) supports the Management team and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, expense claims, travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and liaise with external parties. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual can anticipate the Management team needs and ensure a seamless workflow while handling confidential information. The position reports to the CEO.

Job Accountabilties

1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and Management team
2. Manage travel arrangements for the Management Team
3. Manage CEO’s calendar and appointments, organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, and participating in business activities and corporate events as necessary
4. Prepare meeting agenda, materials and collaterals
5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed

Education & Experience

Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager. He does work that is about accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll and other accounting tasks. He assists the Finance Manager with monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts. He prepares the trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. He may be involved in finance-related projects and systems testing.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties including data entry, document filing, invoice verification and preparation of payment
2. Perform accurate data entry for both Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) including checking and validation.
3. Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts

● Work with the related data teams to deliver the data marketing strategy for trigger-based automation within the platform.

CDP and audience expertise:

● Guide and orchestrate cross functional teams to deliver a Customer Data Platform roadmap, including marketing use cases, creation of core audiences, mapping of cross-channel experiences, data requirements and segmentation rules.

● Work collaboratively with Dotcom, Digital Media, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support the development of CDP business use cases, activation and maintenance of target audiences across acquisition and/or retention marketing channels.

● Ideate and translate marketing use cases and business requirements into a CDP data sets, schemas and platform configurations to deliver business outcomes

● Drive the continual maintenance and improvement of audience data quality and technology usage.

● Identify new opportunities and activation destinations from CDP and manage/monitor existing activation destinations.
