Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive with a knack for TikTok and a broad skill set in online marketing. You will be at the heart of our digital marketing operations, taking the lead on TikTok campaigns while also assisting efforts across Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital marketing strategies, boosting our online presence, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- TikTok Campaign Management: Lead our TikTok marketing initiatives. Develop, implement, and optimize innovative campaigns tailored to the TikTok audience, ensuring high engagement and brand visibility.
- Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Manage and fine-tune digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook, aligning them with our performance objectives.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to craft compelling, platform-specific content, with a strong emphasis on TikTok's unique format and audience.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize campaign data to inform decisions, continually refining strategies to enhance ROI.
- Budget Efficiency: Oversee advertising budgets, focusing on cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
- SEO and SEM: Execute robust SEO and SEM tactics to bolster our online presence.
- Social Media Expertise: Apart from TikTok, maintain a vibrant presence on platforms like Facebook, engaging with our audience and amplifying brand awareness.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign metrics, offering insights and strategies for future improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong track record in digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on TikTok, alongside proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube, and Facebook.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative marketing ideas.
- Exceptional communication skills and team collaboration.
- Effective project and time management capabilities.
