Our client is a leading company in the technology sector. They are looking for a Global Compensation Partner to sit in their centre of excellence driving their global compensation strategies and policies including performance management, job leveling and incentives programs.
about the job
Reporting to the Team Lead, this is a newly created individual contributor role where you will work closely with other Centre of Excellences and local HR counterparts. You will:
- Be the subject matter expert for all compensation and performance policies and strategies
- Manage and oversee the company's global compensation initiatives
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure market competitiveness
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including salary and job level benchmarking
- Partner with external vendor to drive market survey for salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market relevancy
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, open to both in-house and consultancy background
- Prior experience working with external vendors such as Mercer, Aon and Wilis Towers Watson
- Detailed oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, independent with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
