Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Vama in Singapore. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for software quality, quality assurance, software development, manual testing, and ensuring the highest quality of software across mobile (iOS and Android), desktop (React Electron), and cloud platforms (GCP). Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Project Management: As one of the highest level technical experts, performs a variety of duties involved with managing large, strategic and/or multiple projects.
• Establishes critical success factors for the project(s).
• Develops/improves strategic processes and direction for projects
• Develops project plans and Statements of Work early on in the project life cycle.
• Solves highly technical and complex problems for project(s).
• Guides and provides ultimate technical direction for projects
• May audit projects for adherence to plans.
• Contributes to knowledge management by documenting best practices and forwarding to knowledge management repositories
• Mentoring Employees: Typically acts as a mentor, coach or trainer to consultants by sharing business expertise. Ensures that necessary staff information is updated and entered into Time and Expense Reporting System by the deadlines.
