Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide End-User Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support to AHL employees, software application troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of workstation and other AHL IT equipment such as desktop computers, printers, scanners, or handheld devices etc.
• Track and follow through all IT issues and requests raised through IT Helpdesk by end-users, including monitoring the quality of support rendered by the 3rd party support vendor.
• Conduct system, application, IT inventory documentation and user training when needed.
• Assist AHL employees face-to-face, via phone or remote assistance tools.
• Resolve issues that occur outside of normal business hours when needed.

2. Maintain and Upgrade Network, Systems and Equipment

• Ensure all IT on-premise and cloud systems are updated and running smoothly and securely at all times with strict compliance to corporate IT Policies.
• Responsible in carrying out periodic maintenance and perform installation, upgrading, migrations and troubleshooting on systems.
• Assist in tasks pertaining to the upgrade or purchase of new hardware, software or equipment. This includes, but not limited to liaising and following up effectively with AHL employees and vendors on hardware, software or equipment matters.
• Provide IT hardware /software housekeeping and control procedures, including physical and data security.
• Ensure IT inventory is properly stored, and accounted for.
• Assist in managing IT procurement process, ensuring that procured products, applications or services meets Company’s requirements, delivered on time and are within budget.

3. Supporting role in Data and Cyber Security Management

• Support IT Manager in day-to-day management of safety and integrity of organisational data, including client information and internal information. This includes maintaining, backing up and securing servers, databases, IT infrastructure and restoring of files as needed.
• Maintain network, systems, and data security, especially in the area of Cybersecurity.

Qualifications & Requirement

Educational qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent professional qualification

Experience & Skills

• Preferably 3 years of experience in in-house IT administration and end-user support.
• Possess good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of common end-user IT issues as well as fundamental knowledge and experience in network and systems management

· Supporting and maintaining the shop network systems (POS, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, etc)

· Interface with users & identify computer related needs and provide appropriate software & hardware support.

· Ensure routine backups are performed and the anti-virus software is always up to date.

· Ensure IT practices comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· As and when required, will provide briefing to the users on the usage of the office systems (standard applications, office network and related processes).

· Managing software and hardware installations and upgrades.

· Any other tasks assigned by reporting Director

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in computer and information system fied

RESPONSIBLITIES

Provide Guidance and Expertise on Technical Solutions for Master Franchisees

• Collaborate with Customer Engagement Manager to understand goals and objectives and provide technical support to acquire new customers
• Qualify sales opportunities to evaluate the fit of a technology product in international markets and provide technical gaps analysis; identify technically fit solution for market
• Assist with identifying new products and/or features than can benefit international stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DPZ product strategy, design, and development teams) to determine how products could be modified to suit the needs of our international franchisees

Collaborate with Customer Engagement Team to Deliver Technical Demos and Solutions

Troubleshoot and Monitor Domino’s Technology Solutions

• Diagnosis technology products, system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses for international franchisees
• Understand franchisees’ business needs and provide a technical solution to the problem
• Collaborate with the technical in-house DPZ team to ensure familiarity with technology and advocate for global solutions for the technical problems
• Monitor the success of technology products that are implemented in international stores
• Produce detailed status reports on the efficacy of the technology and any gaps that should be addressed in core product; provide recommendations to Customer Engagement Manager
