Job Brief:

We are looking for a Financial Engineer/Analyst to provide data-driven insights on Freyr’s profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, enhancing process efficiency, and supporting long-term strategic goals. This individual will also support the company in securing and maintaining financial relationships with leasing companies, banks, and large investment entities.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, forecasts, etc.) to support the company's goals and financial standing.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Develop financial models, benchmarking, and process analysis to support financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Financial Engineer or Analyst, preferably within industries such as leasing, banking, or investment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and current financial subjects.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience dealing with clients in financing or leasing sectors such as banks, family funds, or venture capital.

• Knowledge of the Southeast Asia business environment, especially in markets like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

• Assist Project Manager in managing telecommunication projects - attending surveys, site construction, testing and commissioning of radio system
• Guide and supervise contractors / internal workers for site implementation in relation to M&E/Electrical/Mechanical works in accordance to proposal relating to infrastructure, installation quality, work safety requirements and resolve technical issues
• Conduct site acceptance with subcontractors, including preparation of site acceptance documentation
• Co-ordinate with building management and government authorities, for all areas of HDB/Commercial/LTA/MRT/Private Condominiums site access related matters
• Identify deliverables, plan and execute deliverables
• Understand customers' strategies and manage their technical expectations
• Follow up on the KPIs of operator's network to ensure the optimized usage of the deployed solution

What will you be doing?

• Develop Applications using Elixir Ambience (Low code Development platform) and other 3rd party tools. Elixir Ambience modules include - ETL, Form Builder, Workflow, Dashboard etc.
• Write custom codes to Integrate External API with Elixir Ambience (Scala, Java, Js)
• Produce technical documentations such as Software Design Document

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve and work with automation tools to speed up network provisioning and enhance the observability of network health.
• Help with decision-making on the network component level across the integrated cloud systems based on performance, features, and cost, including analysis of risks and emphasis on ease of use, reliability, security, availability, maintainability, sustainability, and quality.
• Defines systems implementation and integration approach and plans to ensure optimum performance and reliability across servers, networks, related utilities, and hardware and software that comprise the cloud infrastructure.
• Delivers end-to-end technical solutions to customer problems, including deploying solutions, executing benchmark tests, and preparing documentation.
• Collaborates with other teams to analyze next-generation requirements and opportunities and may influence and guide research and academic collaboration in the space of cloud systems and solutions, including proof of concept and solutions beyond current industry approaches.

• 5+ years of experience with classic routing and switching technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with network technologies such as VXLAN/EVPN.
• 3+ years of experience working with Arista hardware, EoS, and eAPI.
• Familiarity with network monitoring techniques, including telemetry streaming.
• Proficiency with Linux-like operating systems.
• Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Knowledge of Network Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP).
