Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with preference given to candidates with environmental or renewable energy backgrounds.

Experience: 0-2+ years of experience in carbon technology, environmental consulting, or related areas. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills:

o Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

o Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin preferred for effective collaboration with Chinese-speaking clients and technical experts, as well as accurate technical translation.

o Familiarity with global and regional regulations related to carbon emissions and sustainability.

Job title: Quantitative Trader (Senior/Junior)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and assist the implementation of quantitative algorithms;

- Develop and improve trading algorithms through systematic and quantitative analysis;

- Involve in day to day trading operations/risk;

- Take ownership of trading strategies and make sure the algorithms run correctly;

- Contribute to the design of the trading system by bringing new ideas in order to improve performance;

- Support and help other teams with quantitative telent.

Key Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as cryptocurrency quantitative trader; (Senior must have 3+ years quantitative trading experience)

- Well versed with common crypto instruments and concepts such as perpetuals, funding, futures and options; Defi is a plus；

- Well knowledge and experience with arbitrage strategies, including DEX arbitrage;

- Skilled with relevant technologies such as Python and expected to learn a strongly typed language on the job;

- Well knowledge with orderbook and market microstructure; HFT/market making/algo trading experience is a plus;

- Demonstrated ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment to solve ad-hoc problems to minimise risk in unforeseeable market conditions;

- Love and passion for quantitative trading;
