• Assist the Head of ICT to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure.
• Responsible to provide technical support, monitor system performance and assist in the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures.

• Oversee the development and implementation of the organization's ERP system.

• Assist in the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information technology.
• Manage the organization's ICT assets, including hardware, software, and network devices.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of new technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Provide training to end-users on ICT systems and processes.
• Manage and lead remote teams, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members are working effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with remote teams, including regular check-ins and video conferencing to facilitate face-to-face communication.
• Establish clear expectations and goals for remote team members and use project management tools to help track progress and ensure accountability.
• Foster teamwork among remote team members and encourage collaboration on projects.
• Provide support to remote team members, including training, equipment, software, or access to technical support.
• Recognize and reward success among remote team members to help motivate them to continue working hard and contributing to the team's success.
• Understand cultural differences among remote team members and adapt management style accordingly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network devices
• Knowledge of industry best practices in ICT management, security, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience managing remote teams
• Project management experience, including experience with ERP development and implementation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday with occasional after-hours work required
• Work will be primarily in an office environment, but may also require some travel to other locations
