We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manual Tester with a profound understanding of trading applications and financial products such as FX, OTC, Derivatives, and Equity. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in full test management throughout the trading life cycle, including system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and manual testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Testing Expertise: Execute comprehensive manual testing on trading applications across various financial products including FX, OTC, Derivatives, and Equity to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Test Management: Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios in alignment with trading system requirements. Coordinate testing activities, ensuring timely execution, and reporting of test results.
• Trading Life Cycle Involvement: Engage proactively in the entire trading life cycle, collaborating closely with development, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate functionality.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting of identified issues.
• UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases by providing expertise, guidance, and support to users and stakeholders.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Must have:

• Experience in Agile framework and QA methodology
• Familiar with testing in-house developed applications and vendor base applications
• Excellent knowledge of functional and workflow bases system design; especially spanning multiple interconnected systems
• Well versed in the use of Jira and testing software/tools

Role Responsibilities

• Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of change control process
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases
