Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent that is recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Well versed with local authority codes and regulations
• Minimum 4 years of relevant building structure with civil experience
• Involve in large scale building (HDB/ Condominium/ Commercial) structural design project
• Good exposure in the analysis and design of PPVC, Precast and concrete structures, steel structures
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software and analytical tools

Job Description:
Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for ultra-high purity piping systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Quality Control:
• Perform inspections and tests on ultra-high purity piping components and systems to ensure compliance with design and industry standards.
• Identify and document deviations, non-conformities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Work closely with project teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Generate regular reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory and client audits
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate quality assurance and control processes seamlessly into project workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure a proactive approach to quality management.
5. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the QAQC processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality performance.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer in semiconductor manufacturing projects, with a focus on ultra-high purity piping systems.
3. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ultra-high purity environments.
4. Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) would be advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist the Landscape Architect in the production of detailed drawings - Provide technical assistance in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all project work. This includes develop general 2D or 3D CAD drafting in all project phases from concept to implementation in ABC Water Features and landscape architectural (Landscaping Drawings) in accordance to clients’ requirement and aspirations

• Prepare & produce design presentations, administration & Documentation of projects leading to its completion - preparation of renderings/documentation as well as other project materials, manual model making under supervision, preparation of softscape tabulations and any other technical assistance as assigned from time to time by the team leader or landscape architects. To ensure drawings developed meets the required standards and client requirements
• Responsible for updating drawings as per the latest information provided
• Carry out authorities’ submissions and follow up
• Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager, or CAD/BIM team members to ensure successful completion of assignment within the given timelinw
• To prepare and maintain drawing deliverable list for the Project
• To coordinate all project drawings and estimate resource requirements
• To ensure sufficient checks and safety considerations are made when developing installation drawings

Job Requirements

• Possess Nitec/Professional Certificate in drafting or equivalent, Diploma/Degree in M&E (Mechanical Engineering)
• Structural Engineering, Landscape Architectural or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ABC Drawings / infrastructure or Landscaping projects' implementation
• Familiar with architectural software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
