Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify touch time elements which represent part of manufacturing process across all customer's product models.
- Analyzes data and process to establish the cookbook and compute touch time and non-touch time of each product model through E2E process
- Investigate current processes and drive continuous improvements projects for quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the respective matric owners to track and achieve the overall committed targets of KPIs
- Work with Senior Engineers to set up process recipes of newly introduced processes or new process equipment or tools.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs
Skills and Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or relevant field
- Prefer to have Kaizen/Lean manufacturing experiences.
- Excellent in analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Must be a team player and highly motivated.
- Flexibility and ability to change priorities.
- Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency; ability to meet deadlines.
