Responsibilities:
Β· Act as primary point of contact for Clients for all Power BI and Power Platform support-related queries
Β· Provide support and troubleshooting for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies
Β· Ensure smooth operation, monitor performance and provide on-going support to End-Users and Clients to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Β· Assist users with Power BI report / dashboard, including performance optimization, data connections and refresh scheduling
Β· Monitor system performance and implement measures to optimize resource usage and performance across Power Platform services
Β· Manage Power BI environments, including capacity planning, workspace management and report governance
Β· Administer and monitor Power Automate flows and Power Apps applications for operational continuity
Β· Provide configuration and development assistance as required
Β· Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs, design solutions and implement enhancements
Β· Stay up-to-date with the latest features, best practices and updates within Power BI and broader Power Platform
Β· Provide recommendations to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency of Power Platform services
Β· Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and procedures
Requirements:
Β· Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate / Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) / Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Β· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Β· Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, optimizing and supporting Power Platform solutions
Β· Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and Data Modelling
Β· Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) for designing and troubleshooting solutions
Β· Familiarity with SQL databases and data integration concepts
Β· Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and other data-related services is a plus
Β· Understanding of governance, security and compliance aspects of Power Platform services
Β· Strong communication skills with Clients and Internal Stakeholders
