1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Job requirements

1. Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication related subject

4. As most of our clients are China and Hong Kong-based companies and the company's headquarters is in Hong Kong, candidates will need to frequently communicate and coordinate with the headquarters and Mandarin speaking clients to execute/report projects by using English and Mandarin proficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and plan IT infrastructure and networking solutions.
• Set up and configure routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and other network devices.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability of company systems, infrastructure, and services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the design, deployment, operation, and management of virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, and security.
• Proactively monitor, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to system issues and faults, resolving them in a timely manner.
• Responsible for capacity planning, asset planning, and performance analysis.
• Liaise with and manage 3rd party vendors/suppliers to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including price negotiations and defining scope of work.
• Support the rollout of company-wide ICT infrastructure and services initiatives, including audits.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure network resilience in case of failures.
• Maintain and develop proper documentation of IT inventory, infrastructure policies, and procedures.
• Manage IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Participate in projects and budget planning activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in IT or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience or equivalent.
• Prior experience in network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and various network hardware would be an added advantaged.

Job Description & Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechatronics/Computer Science or Equivalent.
• 5 years’ of experience in programming on Windows
• Proficiency with C++, VC++, MFC, SQL and OOP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and delivery of DeltaV application system on site.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Creates and maintains applications according to technical design and requirements.
• Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards. Determine the processes and data flow that supports the needs of the project.
• Design & Develop plan for modifications to be made to the system through working with team in development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all stages.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.
• Emerson DeltaV DCS system experience and DeltaV Batch experience required
• Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.
• Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)
• Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Supervise and conduct system testing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.

• Design, create, write and/or make all required changes to ensure cleaning, equipment and product procedures are aligned to MES processes and vice versa.
• Design, create, write and provide training for all other site personnel on their related MES roles and arrange system access.
• Participate in MES knowledge exchanges, MES Governance meetings and manage issues, work-around and fixes identified.
• Work closely with IT regarding upgrades, patching, hardware support, security and system access and provide technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.
• Liaise with Global MES on required system improvements.
• Provide support to other MES system users as required to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in MES projects from initiation to ensure MES system or hardware requirements are taken into consideration.
• Ensure maintenance/replacement of MES hardware, printers, scales, scanners and bar-code labelers. Review for upgrades periodically.
