Job Description:

• Create project drawings, specifications, and scope-of-work documents.
• Establish standards and design criteria for projects, including facility construction, renovation, improvement, office and plant layouts, and space planning.
• Supervise contractors on M&E projects and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with Company requirements and satisfactory completion of all work.
• Lead maintenance technician(s) in performing daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and investigating equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct equipment failure investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent future failures.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage all administration and documentation related to manpower and facilities reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain electrical, air conditioning systems, centralized chiller systems, air compressor/dryers systems, etc.

• Monitor and effectively manage allocated budgets.
• Execute contracts for outsourced services and ensure compliance with contract terms and agreements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, or local authorities for installations or system relocations.
• Actively contribute to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) development and improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Ensure local deployment of the Energy Management System (EMS).
• Participate in implementing and deploying energy performance indicators and presenting them during energy management reviews.
• Provide monthly reports on energy management and sustainable initiatives.
• Develop and implement energy policies and management programs to enhance energy efficiency and utilities consumption.
• Raise awareness of energy policy and objectives among site personnel and stakeholders.
• Participate in energy network exchanges for sharing best practices, feedback, studies, etc., at the company and group levels.
• Propose improvements in energy performance and participate in internal energy standard audits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in facility equipment management.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Certificate.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with ISO 5000 Energy Management System Standard.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of local regulatory health & safety requirements.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous.

Job Description

Assist in tender preparations including programme, write-ups proposal and make presentation to clients

Preparation of master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage

Familiar with critical path method techniques

Ensure performance complies with quality requirements and ensure that the company meets but does not exceed its contractual obligations

Monitor and liaise with Project Manager on project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
