Job summary:

Key member, your role involves managing the entire supply chain to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will lead efforts to implement automated systems for improved warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance supply chain processes and systems to foster collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement for overall optimization.
• Design, implement, and improve operational processes by integrating automation technology.
• Provide practical recommendations for business requirements, addressing high-level pain points and issues.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects, ensuring successful implementation by understanding requirements and vendor capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes.
• Experience in product management, integrating technical solutions for sustainable operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Prior experience with modeling/simulation tools is a plus.
• Direct experience in people management.
