As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Management:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) across physical and virtualized platforms.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex server-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor server performance and capacity to optimize resource utilization.

VMware Virtualization/ vSphere:

• Design, implement, and manage VMware vSphere infrastructure.
• Provision, clone, and manage virtual machines (VMs) in VMware environments.
• Optimize virtualization resources for performance and scalability.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions using VMware technologies.

Active Directory Services:

• Manage and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Design and implement Active Directory architectures based on best practices.
• Ensure secure and efficient authentication and authorization processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security policies and procedures to protect infrastructure assets.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Participate in security incident response and resolution.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the skillset of the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in managing Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Responsibilities

• Creating and sustaining both new and existing vision applications.
• Analyzing requirements, evaluating samples, conducting hardware tests, performing image analysis
• Designing software, coding, testing, integrating and documenting
• Providing customer or end-user training.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science,or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Proficient in software programming using C# with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience in the design and implementation of PC-based software for the development of automated machinery is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft C++

• Advise customers on required turnaround time and test schedule
• Work with Draftsman to draw up sample plans to advise customers and instruct workshop on cutting/machining
