Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Design, develop, and maintain integrations within Workday HCM using tools like Workday Studio and EIBs.
· Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Configure and manage inbound/outbound integrations for data accuracy and security.
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
· Mentor junior team members on Workday HCM integration best practices.
Required Skills
· Minimum 5 years of total experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
· Good years of Workday HCM integration experience.
· Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration protocols like SOAP and REST.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
