We are looking for highly driven and talented Software Engineers to join R&D team of world-class professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications using Python and frameworks such as Flask or Django.
• Work with relational databases, primarily MariaDB, to manage and query large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) and design teams to define feature specifications.
• Solve complex performance problems and tackle architectural challenges with innovative solutions.
• Plan and execute tasks independently or within a team, reporting progress and meeting deadlines.
• Proactively identify and drive changes for the assigned codebase, product area, and/or system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of programming experience in a relevant programming language.
• 2+ years of relevant experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of the codebases, including API techniques.
• Experience building and supporting production-quality software.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Experience using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.
• Experience building secure software with auditable access controls and permissions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

This role is required to managed and support 1-Net's IT Services business, including Cloud Services, Managed Services, DC services, and Business Continuity Management Services.

• Support for corporate and customer IT infrastructure and projects in delivering services according to SOP to meet prescribed SLA.
• Design, architect and build network and security solutions, frameworks, automation and orchestration to secure IT System and Infrastructure. Apply security best practices at the data center infrastructure, system and application levels.
• Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation of IT services
• Performance monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of IT equipment to ensure optimum performance. To propose capacity upgrade or replacement when required
• Perform daily rectification of IT operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement.
• Management and administration of network and security infrastructure such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, endpoint security, etc.
• Provide diagnoses, resolution, and documentation in all aspects of supporting, implementing and managing an enterprise network environment.
• Provide installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of IT solution to internal and external customers
• Proactively source for better IT solutions or services to optimize business operational efficiency and business growth via IT solutions and process changes
• Perform schedule maintenance routine and update records for performance analysis.
• Responsible for planning and deployment of new and existing systems for internal and external
• Maintain process documentation and follow approved standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Participate in certification requirements for QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCI-DSS/OSPAR, etc

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer or other IT related field of study
• Basic network certifications such as CCNA preferred
• ITIL v3 or v4 preferred
• Must possess Network troubleshooting skills and experience with installation and configuration of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, proxy and other network appliances).
• Working experience in multiple areas like OS, databases, applications, networking devices, storage devices, firewalls, IDS/IPS, orchestration and virtualization technologies, etc.
• Must possess IT trouble shooting skills and experience with Operating Systems (RH Linux, Centos, Ubuntu, Windows Servers)
• Basic Cloud Virtualisation technology knowledge like AWS, VMWare, and Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, Openstack, etc
• Basic understanding of cloud / enterprise networking and security best practices
• Knowledge of OS/Application security hardening.
• Excellent networking concept and Switch & routing knowledge
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure machinery and equipment (e.g., gensets, excavators) operate effectively to meet production needs.
• Manage tasks and resources across maintenance and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Enforce safety measures during operations and address challenges to maintain efficiency.
• Lead daily tasks, including reporting and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or related.
• 1-3 years of experience with excavators, heavy machinery, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan construction schedules and coordinate activities to meet project timelines.
• Monitor and report on-site and off-site progress, preparing regular updates for consultants and clients.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E details.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Organize site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings with relevant personnel.
• Attend meetings with clients and prepare necessary submissions (e.g., RFIs, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings).
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructural or marine construction.
• Preferred experience in dredging, reclamation, or nearshore construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
