This is a permanent role with an A1 Main contractor. This is for an LTA project and therefore, if you have previous experience on LTA projects, the prior experience will be an added advantage.

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
• Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
• Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
• Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule

On your day to day:

• Handle multiple projects and provide network design and deployment support from project initiation to closure.
• Follow network standards and configuration templates to prepare Network Design Documents (NDD) and submit for review and approval. Create Build Packages that includes implementation plans, test plans and network changes.
• Oversee the deployment of Build Packages on the corporate data network. Implement network changes during the allowed weekend green zone window.
• For some large/complex projects, you will be required to represent network domain in a virtual team and effectively communicate and liaise with business/technical stream owners.
• Assist with knowledge transfer of new products to internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco and Arista network devices (routers and switches).
• Minimum of at least CCNP or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF.
• Experience on WAN technology, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC etc.
• Preferable with working experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.

Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions. 3. Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level 4. Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded. 5. Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature. 6. Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status. 7. Any other adhoc duties as assigned
