JOB DESCRIPTION

· Realtek is one of the leading fabless semiconductor design companies in the world, with this position, you will get to play a role in value-add to the latest Realtek wireless communication IC product line.

· You will develop software and firmware for the state-of-the-art Internet-of-Things microcontrollers, writing tools, automation, and build systems.

· You will also work closely with the hardware, driver, test, and marketing team to be exposed to the entire product designing cycle.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be a part of a team that maintains, implements, and validates embedded software for Realtek's latest IoT SoCs

· Design application-level middleware to simplify the customer development process

· Port new features, capabilities, and platforms to Realtek IoT SoCs

· Prototype innovative IoT applications using various network protocols, tools, and open source software

· Debug and fix peripheral, wireless connectivity(Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.), and network-level issues

· Collaborate with third parties for hardware and software projects (ARM, SeeedStudio, Sparkfun, Adafruit, AI-Thinker...)

· Online & offline event organization with groups, institutes, and local universities

· Content creation and social media marketing strategy based on Realtek IoT solutions

· Community management and customer support

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related majors

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Experience with C/C++ and a scripting language(Python/Bash/etc.) is a must

· Experience with embedded system drivers, peripherals, computer networks, wireless connectivities, and open source development platforms (Arduino, PlatformIO, etc.)

· Experience with TinyML and/or AIoT-related development is a bonus

· Experience with video editing and content creation

· Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to follow the latest software and electronics trend

· Good Communication and Teamwork Skills

• Supporting project communication systems Installation, Configuration, Integration and Testing at customer site to ensure timely project delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors to ensure tasks on site are completed on schedule.
• Understanding the system and be able to perform system fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with fellow engineers / engineering team in system setup, system validation and problem resolution.
• Supporting the generation of project documentation

Requirements

Primary Work Location: Jurong East Hub

Working Hours : 8.30am – 6pm

Qualification : Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic

• To assist the Director to manage and responsible for defining project scopes, objectives, plans and performance to ensure the completion of project deliverables according to required standards and client expectations
• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.
• Ensure and responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.
• Monitor & Coordinate Project Progress and responsible for all site inspection, planning and other site activities, etc..
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
• To lead painting team and assist to implement new coating system
• Conduct monthly governance meeting with contractors, performing performance review and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Assist on variation orders, addition/omission, extension of time for Contracts.
• Ensure the closure of final accounts and outstanding invoices issue due to contract expiry as and when necessary.
• Assist the Head of Marketing to lead a team of marketing professionals to create innovative business and marketing plans.
• Align regional strategies with global vision, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor sales trends and implement plans to maximize brand impact.
• Provide clear guidance to direct reports, setting objectives and priorities.
• Strategically plan and execute product launches in line with marketing strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To work as the Design Engineer to our LTA projects.
• To review of contractor’s Design and Construction submission and comment.
• To assist the SDE in the review of design submissions.
• To attend design meeting and all other relevant meetings as and when required.
• To give suggestion in construction sequence based on the design reviews.
• To follow PGI on rotational basis with the SDE.
• To review Shop Drawings and comment if any.
• To prepare Independent Design Reports.
• To visit site and review compliance with design requirements.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.
• At least five (5) years in the design of structural and/or geotechnical works for deep excavation projects of a similar size and complexity.
• Experience in working in a structural engineering team within a large multi discipline project team.
• Experience in minimum facility platform design and including the substructure, topsides and bridges.
• Ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of team.
• Familiarity of Singapore local codes & standards.

Job Description:

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Assurance Plan for production of company products.
• Benchmark, develop and implement inspection methods and procedures to meet quality objective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into the entire project lifecycle.
• Participate in product testing during design and development cycle and support in product/process qualification.
• Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings with attention to details.
• Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate meetings for Material Review Board (MRB) disposition.
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Execute in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Stay current with industry best practices, tools, equipment testing in system and quality assurance.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
