About the Team:

The Platform Service team is responsible for building products and tools for the growth of the global business, helping more users around the world embrace encrypted assets, as well as to help support the platform business to achieve rapid growth in more regions. The incumbent would be part of our Support product team to help build, scale and create next level support products such as chat bots and related products essential to a Customer Genius center.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of cutting-edge chat bot and support related products on the exchange platform
• Work closely with Product, Design and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams
• Build high availability high performance distributed service.
• Improve technology best practices and code reviews for peers.
• Build company’s own next generation Customer Support System to support customers over telephony, chat, email, messaging, social channels, communities. The Customer Support System includes operation ticket management, instant messaging, chatbot, help centers and customer data analysis etc.

Requirements:

Project Overview

The AMR IRG is an interdisciplinary community of biologists, engineers, and clinicians from MIT and Singapore, sharing a state-of-the art research facility and united by a commitment to providing a supportive intellectual environment where students and staff can learn, grow, and contribute to solving a pressing societal problem.

The objective of this project is to advance the field of RNA analysis by developing and implementing innovative analytical tools. These tools will be used in a comprehensive study of all forms of RNA -- the ribonucleome -- and the >170 RNA modifications -- the epitranscriptome -- in disease pathobiology, host-pathogen interactions, biomarker development, and therapeutic target discovery.

Responsibilities

The Research Engineer will plan and conduct experiments with the aim of understanding RNA modifications' roles in human disease and leveraging RNA-modifying enzymes as potential drug discovery targets. The candidate will work primarily on cell culture, RNA isolation, and chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry analysis. As part of this work, the candidate will prepare results for publication, be a liasion with the AMR IRG community, work with external collaborators, and develop strong experimental and communication skills.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, molecular & cell biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.

Experience in cell culture, RNA extraction, high-performance liquid chromatography or mass spectrometry are prefered. Strong proficiency in oral and written communication in English. Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.

• Experience required 2 to 7 years minimum in development of AI/ML technology solutions
• expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI and MLOps.
• Knowledge of data management practices to clean, preprocess and transform data sets for model training
• Mastery of AI algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit, etc.)
• Knowledge of GEN AI and LLM technologies on the public Cloud using RAG patterns
• Understanding the ethical principles to better generate embeddings for GenAI.
