Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 4+ years in AWS cloud engineering(L2/L3) roles, specifically in support/operations.
• Must be experience with L2/L3 on GCC and GCP.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in AWS services setup/management (at a min. S3, IAM, EC2, SageMaker, AWS Networking), monitoring tools, and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Knowledge of Databricks platform and managing AWS infrastructure for Databricks on AWS environments.
  • Experience implementing and managing AWS resources on GCC framework for Singapore-based government agencies
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Developer/DevOps Engineer preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to managing cloud infrastructure and fairly complex customer driven operations processes.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced cloud environments.

Lead the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to meet organizational needs.

Customize software solutions to align with business processes and technical requirements.

Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.

Develop custom scripts or configurations as needed to optimize performance and user experience.

Ensure robust integrations between the SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.

Experience and skills requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in this role.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform or others.

Experience with COTS solutions across multiple industries (e.g. ERP, CRM). Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies. Knowledge of software development (Python, JavaScript, SQL) for customizations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

To support in the performance of Engineering functions such as conducting failure analysis using available FA tools, as well as performing quality inspections.

• Perform engineering jobs to support failure analysis using available FA tools such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),
• Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), Ion Mill, FIB, high power microscope inspection, de-processing, mechanical cross-section and
• bench testing, and generate reports.
• Perform critical engineering evaluations that require failure analysis and generate reports.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Failure Analysis Lab
• Observe safety and housekeeping during day-to-day failure analysis activities.
• Observe and meet cycle time for all products for analysis.
• Liaise with external FA/Test laboratory for any test requirement.
• Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture of products, partially assembled, or finished products.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing done during incoming, outgoing, and in-process inspection.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for rework confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. Maintain all controlled document files and FA & Inspection records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs other tasks as may be required by immediate superior.

The ideal candidate will work with a team of developers and Project Manager to drive the software development delivery of one of the business platforms. He/she must be self-motivated and have strong communications skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business application systems/software development including SDLC usage in financial domain
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript and front-end software development based on Spring framework
• Experience in Web Components, Database and CICD tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube etc)
• Experience in working on AWS Services
• Good end-to-end knowledge of financial services would be an added advantage
