• Supplier Audits & Compliance: Conduct supplier audits to assess quality systems, process capabilities, and compliance with industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings.
• Supplier Development: Collaborate with suppliers to enhance their quality processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on supplier quality expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with suppliers to enhance their quality management systems and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
• Proven experience in supplier quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing or electronics environments.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier quality management systems and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices.
• Six Sigma certification or similar is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with Chinese clients
• Willingness to travel extensively and work abroad in China or Vietnam for at least 10 months annually.
