E-commerce is a new and fast growing business that aims at connecting all customers to excellent sellers and quality products on TikTok Shop, through E-commerce live-streaming, E-commerce short videos, and commodity recommendation. Responsibilities - What You'll Do

- Build and maintain high performance online services for TikTok recommendation system；

- Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, realtime online training, etc;

- Build globalized large-scale recommendation system;

• Minimum 3 years of working experience for Engineer and 5 years of working experience for Senior Engineer • Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project development life cycles for Engineer and 3 full project development life cycles for Senior Engineer

• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill down to understand business needs and challenges

• Results and customer oriented mind-set

• Team player with strong organization and people handling skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
